How can I think of something which I don't find true for myself!?
It is normal if you are finding it hard to believe to think of something which may 'Currently' not true for you. The negative belief itself is the problem. Affirmation is done to change self limiting thoughts to create positive beliefs.
How many times do I have to affirm?
Depending upon the severity of thought pattern & negativity, the number of repetition are defined. Usually you can do a specific affirmation 3 times a day. Each time you repeat it 5 times. So total 3 x 5 = 15 times an affirmation will be repeated.
For how long do I need to do affirmation?
That is purely depending on you. The affirmation will change your subconscious thought patterns. Once you start to believe what you are affirming, you'll see the magic happen. I had a big issue which was resolved with just a week of affirmations. :)
Can I affirm for someone else?
You are the one thinking in your mind. Others are thinking in their mind so you cannot think positively for them. They have to do the thinking process themselves. So you cannot affirm for someone else.
