He quite literally did the opposite of what I asked for. My request was to scale the model to be LARGER. He made it smaller. When he told me that he sliced the model vertically, I was confused? Because it wouldn't fit in the printer, and he told me to check the file. I don't know if he didn't understand...

I hired Abeeb to modify an existing STL file of a tree trunk shaped wine glass holder. The job included rotating the upper branch stumps by 60 degrees, adding U-shaped notches on each stump for the wine glass stems, and splitting the model into two printable parts. Abeeb was very responsive throughout...
