Cvent Certified Expert. Four years building event registrations.
I work on events from a few hundred attendees up to several thousand, for clients in Europe, the US and MENA.
What I build:
- Registration websites, new or cloned from your last event
- Registration types, custom logic, fees, discount codes, group registration
- Payment setup
- Email campaigns, invitation lists, confirmations, reminders
- Sessions, agendas, speakers, sponsors
- Attendee management, badging, reports
- Attendee Hub and the Cvent event app
- Hotel sourcing, room blocks, passkey
I came into events from web development. So when an email template breaks in Outlook, or a registration page needs custom HTML and CSS, I fix it instead of telling you it cannot be done.
Before that I ran more than 60 event projects a year for US, UK and Dubai clients.
I test everything before handover and send you a short walkthrough of what was built.

Do you offer long-term CVENT build and ongoing support?
Yes. If you run events through the year, a monthly arrangement works better than ordering each time. It covers builds, cloning past events, changes while registration is open, reporting, and someone to call when something breaks near an event date. Send me your event calendar and I will quote it.
What specific Cvent certifications do you hold?
I am a Cvent Certified Expert, with certifications in Cvent Event Management, Attendee Hub and Virtual. Four years working in the platform, across registration, email, reporting, hotel sourcing, room blocks, Attendee Hub and the Cvent event app.
What services do you offer as a Cvent professional?
Registration websites, built new or cloned. Registration types and custom logic, fees, discounts, group registration, payments. Email campaigns and invitation lists. Sessions, speakers, sponsors. Attendee management, badging, reports. Attendee Hub, event app, hotel sourcing.
How many Cvent projects have you successfully completed?
I have successfully completed over 100 Cvent projects from inception to execution.
What sets you apart as a Cvent professional?
Most Cvent people configure. I also code. I came into events from web development, so when a registration page needs custom HTML and CSS, or an email template renders badly in Outlook, I fix it myself instead of telling the client it cannot be done.
Can you provide ongoing support after the event is over?
Yes. Premium includes 30 days of support after go live. After that, or on the other packages, I work hourly or on a monthly arrangement. Post event I usually handle reconciling final attendee data, pulling registration and attendance reports, exporting data for your CRM or finance team and clone it
What is your pricing structure for Cvent services?
Three packages, based on how much of the platform you need.
Do I need my own Cvent account?
Yes. I work inside your Cvent licence. I do not resell the platform.
What do you need from me to start?
Access to your Cvent account, your event details and dates, your branding, and the registration questions you want to ask.
Can you clone last year's event?
Yes, cloning and updating an existing event is usually faster and cheaper than starting fresh.
