Ltd. | Aug 16, 2023 – Present As a Tech Lead, I own the end-to-end delivery of AI-powered web and mobile applications, translating business goals into scalable architecture, clean code, and reliable production releases. I lead technical planning, define system design, and guide the team through implementation using modern stacks for web (React/Next.js) and cross-platform mobile (Flutter/React Native), ensuring strong UX, performance, and maintainability. I design and build backend services and APIs, database schemas, and third-party integrations (payments, messaging, maps, analytics, CRM/ERP connectors) with a focus on security, scalability, and fault tolerance. A key part of my role is integrating AI capabilities such as conversational assistants, smart search, content generation, document processing, image/audio analysis, recommendation logic, and workflow automation using LLM APIs and custom ML pipelines where needed. I also implement guardrails, logging, monitoring, and evaluation to keep AI features safe, accurate, and cost-efficient. I establish engineering standards across the organization: code reviews, branching strategy, automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, deployment workflows, and performance optimization for both web and mobile apps. I mentor developers, conduct technical interviews, and support onboarding while promoting best practices in documentation and clean architecture. I collaborate closely with product, design, and stakeholders to manage scope, reduce technical risk, and deliver milestones on time, while continuously improving system reliability through observability, uptime monitoring, and incident response practices.
