This project was developed as a team project at my university, where I led the development of a Research Repository and Management System to organize, manage, and store academic research on a centralized platform. The goal was to help the university efficiently manage research papers, projects, and related data while making it easier for authorized staff to access and track research activities. As the team lead, I was responsible for coordinating the development process, assigning tasks to team members, and ensuring the project met the university’s requirements. I also contributed directly to the system’s development, focusing on building key features and ensuring the platform was reliable and user-friendly. One of the main challenges was designing a system that could handle multiple types of research records while keeping the interface simple for administrative users. This was solved by creating structured data management, clear dashboards, and an organized repository system. The system is currently used by the university’s Research Chancellor, helping them manage and monitor research activities more efficiently. Seeing the system actively used and receiving positive feedback from the client has been a rewarding outcome of the project.
