I regularly prepare detailed quantity takeoffs, BOQs, and cost estimates directly from drawings and specifications. I focus on accuracy and clarity so clients can rely on the numbers for bidding, budgeting, and planning. My approach is not just about measuring quantities but understanding the full scope of work to avoid missing items or underestimating costs. I always look for practical ways to optimize costs without affecting quality. Whether it’s suggesting alternative materials or identifying unnecessary expenses, I try to help clients stay competitive while maintaining project standards. I also make sure my estimates reflect real construction conditions by aligning them with site practices. This helps reduce variations, rework, and unexpected costs during execution.
