I worked as a Technical Project Manager within the Digital Egypt Pioneers Initiative (DEPI), an initiative by the Egyptian Ministry of Communication, in collaboration with Elharefa, led by its founder and CEO, Nermine El Nemer. During this time, I managed a large and complex network of around 5,000 students and 600 coaches. My role required strong organizational skills, technical leadership, and the ability to solve problems quickly and creatively. I applied my expertise in technology and artificial intelligence to streamline workflows, ensure the quality of training content, and support both learners and coaches effectively. I always aimed to bridge strategic thinking with hands-on technical execution. This experience truly highlighted my strengths in leadership, self-learning, and innovation—and left a lasting impact on the organization and the people I worked with.
