Is your team using Jira but the board is a mess, the backlog is a dumping ground and sprints never quite finish? I'll set up a clean Scrum process in Jira that your team can run from day one.

What you get:

- Scrum board with columns and workflow statuses that match how your team really works

- Backlog structured into epics and user stories, with an acceptance criteria template

- First sprint planned with story points and a clear sprint goal (Premium)

- A short Scrum ceremony guide: planning, daily stand-up, review and retrospective (Premium)

How it works:

1. You give me access to your Jira project (or I set up a fresh one)

2. A short call or a written brief on your team, product and current process

3. I configure the board and backlog, then walk you through it

Why me: I'm a PMP-certified project manager. I've facilitated Scrum ceremonies, refined backlogs and prioritised sprints for software and data teams, and I use Jira daily.
