An annual workplace risk assessment has little value if identified risks are not prioritized, assigned and followed through to completion.
I will help you transform workplace-risk information into a practical management system: a structured register, consistent assessment matrix, clear priorities, responsible owners and a tracking dashboard.
The approach can include:
- consolidation of existing workplace risks;
- assessment by frequency, severity and solution feasibility;
- prioritization with managers and stakeholders;
