Hi, I'm Aarif. For the past year and a half I've worked at an e-commerce agency, managing Amazon seller accounts for brands in the US, UK, Canada, Europe and the UAE. I worked as an Amazon account manager at an e-commerce agency, handling seller accounts for 8+ brands selling in the US, UK, Canada, Europe and the UAE. My day-to-day work included: - Rewriting listings (titles, bullet points, descriptions and backend keywords) using Helium 10 and competitor research. I optimized more than 100 listings, including 40 in one week for a single client. - Managing PPC campaigns. On one account I paused wasted keywords and added better ones, and ACoS dropped from 47% to about 24% while ad sales almost doubled. - Auditing full accounts and giving clients a clear plan. In one audit I found that late deliveries were putting the account at risk of deactivation, which the owner hadn't noticed. - Fixing suppressed and inactive listings, and handling Seller Support and Brand Registry cases. - Researching new private label products, comparing supplier quotes from Alibaba and working out real profit after all Amazon fees. - Preparing FBA shipments from China, including carton details and FNSKU labels. - Sending daily and weekly reports so clients always knew what was done and what was next.
