FAQ 2: Do I need to send you my physical product?
For the Standard and Premium filming packages, yes. You will need to arrange and cover product shipping. The Basic package only requires your existing footage, so shipping is unnecessary.
FAQ 3: Can I use these videos for Amazon listings and social media?
Yes, I can create promotional videos for Amazon products, TikTok, Instagram Reels and social media advertising. Please tell me where you intend to use the video so we can agree on the correct format and requirements before ordering. Amazon listing approval is not guaranteed.
FAQ 4: Will my video include subtitles and background music?
Yes! Every package includes captions and suitable commercially licensed background music. I also include a clear call to action and editing tailored to your product.
FAQ 5: Can I request revisions?
Absolutely! Basic includes 1 revision, while Standard and Premium include 2 revisions. Revisions cover reasonable changes to captions, text, transitions and editing. New filming or major script changes may cost extra.
