In order for me to work the logins, I need are your website admin logins & cpanel or ftp logins as well.

I will support and fix the issue again only if it comes back within 20 days. Normally if an issue has to re-occur it does occur within 20 days, otherwise even if the same things occurs again it may be because of updates on the website. You will have to get a quote for it again, no lifetime support.
