What access will you need?
Usually, I will need temporary WordPress admin access. Depending on the issue, I may also need hosting/cPanel, FTP, database, or Cloudflare access. I will only request access that is necessary for the job.
Should I contact you before placing an order?
For a small and clearly identified issue, you can order directly. For critical errors, multiple issues, server problems, custom code, or if you are unsure which package to choose, please message me first.
