How fast can you fix my website?
Most issues are resolved within a few hours to 1 day, depending on complexity. I respond to messages in about 1 hour on average, so we can start quickly.
What do you need from me to get started?
Usually just your WordPress dashboard (wp-admin) login. For some complex issues I may also need cPanel or hosting/FTP access. I handle all access securely.
Do you offer monthly WordPress maintenance?
Yes. Monthly maintenance keeps your site updated, secure, fast, and backed up — and includes a detailed Web Care Report each month. Choose the monthly package or message me for a custom plan.
Will updating plugins or WordPress break my site?
I take a full backup before any updates and test everything afterward. If a conflict appears, I fix it as part of the job — your site stays online and working.
My site was hacked / has malware. Can you help?
Yes. I can clean infected files, remove malware, harden security, and set up protection so it doesn't happen again. Message me first so I can assess the situation.
What if the problem comes back after delivery?
I work until the issue is fully resolved and offer revisions. If the same issue returns, just message me and I'll take care of it.
Can you do speed optimization too?
