I will do programming in emb c, bare metal or micro python

I write embedded C firmware for microcontrollers, mostly for products that have to keep working in the field, not just on a dev board.

Platforms I work with:

• STM8 (bare-metal, register level)
• AVR (bare-metal C or Arduino)
• ESP32 / ESP32-S3 (Arduino)
• Padauk low-cost 8-bit MCUs

Recent firmware work:

• Charger supervisor on an STM8S003: CC-CV control, soft start, over-voltage, over-current and short-circuit cut-off, AC-loss handling, watchdog recovery and fault codes on an LED. When one timer on that chip wouldn't count, I rebuilt all the timing on another timer.
• SPI driver for a TI BQ76952 with CRC checking, plus bring-up firmware for a 16S BMS on ESP32-S3.
