Very disappointing experience. The designer did not follow the main brief, ignored key feedback, and showed a lack of understanding of basic design principles. Responses were extremely slow, causing long delays and wasted time. After several revisions, the result was still far from the expected quality and completely unusable.

I clearly stated what I needed and he did not deliver what I asked for. Had to repeat myself and screenshot what I asked for, for him to get what I wanted. Even though source files were included with my order he would not deliver them for a previous order.. very disappointed.

Working with Bilal was an excellent experience. He was proactive with communication, very creative, and delivered everything on time. Great support in building a customized adventcalender. went above and beyond to make our design reflect our brand image. Did multiple iterations to find out exactly what works for us. Quick in reacting and implementing feedback. Will come back again for next year's calender!
