Depends. TradingView can do a lot, but not everything. And if you try to do certain things, the backtesting is not accurate. I'll let you know if you're asking for something that will show really good results in backtesting, but in reality will not be profitable.

Only if the code is open-source. Some TradingView indicators don't let you see its code, so I can't use it. I basically copy/paste their code, simplify it, and glue it together with the rest of your strategy to make it work the way you need it to. If I can't see their code, I can't use it.

Yep, this will happen a lot. Let's face reality: if you found a good strategy, you'd be rich and you wouldn't be on Fiverr getting another one coded up for you. You're searching, experimenting, hunting for the "holy grail"--I respect that. Cook up another idea and contract me again; it's a journey.

I've done it a lot myself. I can give you the tools (check out this gig's add-ons), and show you how, but I'm not going to hand-hold you through doing it. You need to be relatively comfortable with technology to do this. If you buy my add-on and are dismayed at how technical it is... sorry.
