Both. I regularly add endpoints to existing Spring Boot services, fix bugs, and extend systems someone else built, as well as building new ones from scratch.
What information do you need from me to get started?
A short description of what the API needs to do, any existing tech stack or database you are using, and whether authentication is required. I will confirm scope before starting.
