Usually the error message plus access to the code — cPanel, SSH, or a Git repo. For live sites, I take a backup first. Message me, and I will tell you exactly what I need for your case.
Which PHP frameworks do you support?
Laravel, CodeIgniter, and CakePHP, plus plain/custom PHP. PHP 7.x and 8.x.
Can you fix urgent PHP issues?
Most single errors are same-day on the Basic package. Send me the error first, and I will confirm timing before you order.
Do you provide ongoing maintenance?
Yes — I offer ongoing PHP application support and can set up a monthly arrangement. Message me for details.
