I write Python that takes your exports and produces the finished report:
- Clean messy data: dates, names, prices, duplicates and blanks
- Merge files and reconcile them against each other
- Write a formatted Excel or Google Sheets report with totals
- Pull from an API or a folder on a schedule
Built to be trusted, not just to run:
- If a row is wrong, the script stops and names the row instead of producing a wrong total
- A log of everything it fixed, so you can check its work
- The source code is commented, yours to use and change in your business, and runs with a double-click

FAQ
Do I need Python installed?
No. I set it up so it runs with a double-click, and the setup guide covers the one-time install in plain steps. You don't need to know any Python to use it.
Can you scrape any website?
No, and I'll tell you which before you order. Sites that forbid it in their terms, sit behind a login you don't own, or use a CAPTCHA are ones I won't build against. Plenty of others are fine, and many have an API that works better anyway.
What if my data format changes later?
Scripts are written to fail loudly rather than silently produce wrong output, so you find out instead of quietly getting bad numbers. If a format change breaks something right after delivery I'll fix it; beyond that, most changes are a quick paid tweak.
Can it run automatically without me?
Yes, from Standard up. It can be scheduled on your own machine, or on a small cloud instance if it needs to run when your computer is off. I'll explain the cost difference before you decide.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes, happy to. Send it before ordering.
What do you need to start?
A sample input file and a clear description of the output you want. Fake or redacted data is genuinely fine, I only need the structure.
Who owns the files?
You own your data and everything built specifically for your order. The template, formulas or code I start from stay mine; you get a permanent licence to use and change them in your own business, but not to resell them.
Do you use AI?
Yes. I use AI tools to build faster, and every file is checked and tailored to your request and your data before delivery. If you need work done without AI, message me before ordering; my workflow uses AI, so I'm not the right fit for that.
