What do I need to provide to get started?
To start, I need two things: Your code files (as a .zip) OR temporary access to your server/hosting. A clear description, screenshot, or (best of all) a short video of the bug so I can see the problem.
Why do I have to contact you before ordering?
Every bug is different. By contacting me first, I can analyze your specific problem and give you an accurate price and delivery time. It helps me understand if your bug is a $15 Basic Fix or a $75 Premium Task. This saves us both time.
What if you cannot fix my bug?
This is rare, but if I find the bug is outside my expertise, I will let you know immediately. If no work has been done, we will mutually cancel the order for a 100% full refund. Your satisfaction is my priority.
What is the difference between a 'Simple' and 'Complex' bug?
A Simple Bug is a small fix (e.g., color, font, alignment, text issue) that takes less than 30 minutes. A Complex Bug requires more time to investigate and fix (e.g., a JavaScript conflict, a deep responsive layout issue, a non-working form).
