FAQ 1 — Do you design the email or just build the HTML?
Our standard package covers HTML development from your supplied, approved design. We also offer email design services, but these are quoted separately based on your requirements.
FAQ 2 — Is Email on Acid testing included?
Yes. Every email we develop includes Email on Acid rendering QA across supported desktop, mobile and webmail clients, including Outlook and Gmail. We also fix rendering issues identified during testing.
FAQ 3 — Which email marketing platforms do you support?
We work with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Klaviyo, Braze, MoEngage and other major email marketing platforms. Our standard package includes the HTML files. Uploading, configuring or implementing the email within your platform is quoted separately.

A straightforward responsive email with up to five content sections, using your supplied design, imagery and approved content. Complex layouts, advanced interactivity, dynamic content and reusable modular templates require a custom quote.

FAQ 6 — What do you need before starting?
We'll need your approved design (preferably Figma, PSD or similar), final copy, image assets, links and details of the email platform you'll be using. Please share the design before ordering so we can confirm it fits the selected package.
FAQ 7 — Will the email work in Outlook and Gmail?
We code for compatibility across major email clients and test using Email on Acid. Different email clients support different HTML and CSS features, so some visual differences are unavoidable. We'll flag any significant compatibility limitations during development.
