Yes. We clean out the injected files and redirects, restore what was damaged, and close the hole that let it in so it does not come straight back. Badly hit sites are quoted after I look, because the real work is finding the way in, not deleting files.

If the same issue returns within 7 days of delivery, we fix it again at no charge. A problem that comes back usually means the symptom was treated instead of the cause, and that is ours to finish properly.
