Ayla did a phenomenal job and really helped me organize our family calendar. A task I’d been avoiding bc of feeling overwhelmed. Would absolutely hire her again for other tasks.

The seller is very pleasant to work with. However, when it comes to being proactive, there is little effort with trying to get an understanding why something is or isn't happening after 100 emails were sent out. A VA would circle back around versus sending more with no responses. Again, very pleasant but in terms of very efficient VA, I didn't get this.

Ayla gives you the assistance of a professional high level assistant. She is pro-active, being creative solutions and helps to implement them the right way. I will work with Ayla again, thanks Ayla!
