The video intro was a success but didn’t meet my expectations. My visual concept never was realized but I do appreciate the hard work and effort to try and realize my vision. The timeframe was stated for 10-12 days when the job started. I didn't hear from the designer until 2 days out from delivery, and I had to engage. I felt it was rushed and had to explain in detail the expectations. The job was then delivered to expectation. Engaging with me earlier would have been preferred.

I showed him an example of what I wanted because I didn't know how to describe it well he delivered to the best of his ability without taking the, he was quick delivered the work 2 days before the actual delivery date

They did a good job at responding in a timely manner and respecting the given deadlines. They did a good job at making sure the work was close to my expectations and were efficient in making edits to the art work until I was satisfied with the design.
