In my current UCL project on Huntington’s disease, I design robust pipelines to harmonise multi-study data (clinical, imaging, biomarker) into unified frameworks aligned with standards such as CDISC (SDTM/ADaM-inspired models). This enables reliable downstream analytics, machine learning, and regulatory-ready data structures. I work with Python (Pandas, NumPy, PyMC, scikit-learn), R (ELISAtools), and Streamlit dashboards, alongside Git & DVC for reproducible data pipelines. My expertise includes statistical modelling (longitudinal analysis, changepoint detection), feature engineering, and building interactive tools for data validation and exploration. I help organisations turn complex movement and behavioural data into actionable insights using advanced AI. In my work at UCL, I designed and implemented Reinforcement Learning (RL) and Inverse Reinforcement Learning (IRL) models to understand and predict population mobility patterns under real-world constraints such as policy interventions and environmental changes. From data ingestion to deployment, I build end-to-end solutions that simulate decision-making processes and optimise strategies for urban planning, transport systems, and public health. My technical stack includes Python, PyTorch, NumPy, Pandas, and scalable training pipelines using multi-GPU setups. I have developed custom RL architectures (policy networks, AIRL frameworks), integrated probabilistic modelling, and engineered feature pipelines for time-series and spatial data.
